EBS-OTL: We are having issues with payroll changes in OTL

When we change payroll from BW-BiWeekly to SM-Semi-monthly or the other way around, Timecards are not reflecting the change? How do you handle the payroll movement?

Let's say employee SM pay period is Jan 1-15, and BW is Jan 6-19. When SM payroll is changing to BW payroll effective on Jan 16th. Why doesn't OTL show BW-Bi-weekly 1/16-/19 instead it is showing 1/6-1/19 all pay period on or after 1/16 transaction date?
