Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

I need to create a surcharge that applies to each line but I need to apply certain parameters to the surcharge. How can I do this?

I used to create modifiers, but I have never created a surcharge.
