Business has requirement of triggering business classification expiration notification
We have a requirement for our client to customize the supplier business classification expiration notification:
- The trigger run on contact records with an Administrative Contact and User Account combined: Whether the trigger can run with an Administrative Contact only and not a User Account as well?
- Three messages should be triggered: First message wording is sent 7 days before expiration; second message wording is sent 1 day after expiration and the third wording is sent 7 days after expiration (providing the record still shows as expired).
- User expects that the system will not send notifications for any other period of expiration. For example, a record expired in November ‘24 should not have a notification sent when notifications are triggered.
