How to call NER from C Business function ?

Hello,

I am new in C Business function. I need to call one custom NER from my C Business function. But I am not sure how we can write this call. Which API to be used ? Also parameters what we need to send. Some Declarations also I see in existing Business function for other functions . Please help to add my requirement here . Thanks a lot !
