Does Oracle provide the capability for self-insured ALEs to produce 1095-Bs for COBRA recipients?

Oracle EBS Version 12.2.9

We are self-insured and administer our own COBRA plan. Do we have the capability to produce 1095-Bs or 1095-Cs for the COBRA recipients that are not employees (e.g. divorced spouses or children that have aged out)?
