AP/PO Archive and Purge - looking for custom code

The seeded AP/PO Archive and Purge process is not meeting one of our client's requirements due to the upgrade from 11i to R12. Specifically, the 

ap_accounting_events_all

 and 

xla_events

 tables have their 

LAST_UPDATE_DATE

 stamped as the upgrade date for 11i. We would greatly appreciate it if anyone could share custom code for the AP/PO Archive and Purge process or suggest any third-party custom programs available in the market. Thank you!
