Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Identifying Backup Pieces - Multitenant

Hi Experts,

We have single CDB with 2 PDBS. Oracle DB version 19.17

We have RMAN backup of the whole CDB.

If we want to restore one PDB, Is there any way to identity which backup pieces are required for a PDB restore?

Does RMAN take each PDB backup in separate backup pieces? Can you please clarify.
