How to Schedule a Concurrent Job

Hi there,

I would like to set a concurrent job at the following schedule. May i know if there is any advance configuration I can use instead of setting many different job to meet this requirement? thanks

Run JobA every 15 minutes Excluding 1) 12:00noon-1:00pm and 2)6:30pm-7:30pm because of performance issue.
