WIP Move Transaction to Scrap - Is Account Alias Captured During This Transaction

When inputting a WIP Move to the Scrap Intraoperation step, we input a Scrap Account Alias. In which transaction table is the account alias id captured? I need a query that ties the WIP Move transaction to the Account Alias.
