Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Is anyone experiencing any issues after taking ESU JN21213 for Canada? The following were noticed during testing so far:

When an employee has multiple T4s (worked in 2 provinces), the CPP EE contribution and CPP pensionable earnings are not populated.
When an employee has non eligible retiring allowance (Severance Pay) Box 67 is reported correctly however, Box 66 is also populated with doubled amount of Severance pay even though there is no history record for eligible retiring allowances. Special handling is setup correctly.
