'Operating Unit' on Service Request form is not coming correctly.
'Operating Unit' on Service Request form is not coming correctly. Profile 'Service: Default Operating Unit' is set differently on 'Site' and 'responsibility' level. On 'Create Service Request' form, it is coming correctly (as per value on responsibility). However, it is not coming correct on 'Find Service Request' form (coming as per value on site level). How to restrict OU value in 'Find SR form' as per profile's value?
We are on 'Oracle Applications : 12.2.10'.
