Cycle Count Status updated to Complete (50) but no PI entry created in cardex or GL

Dear Team ,

User created cycle count thru standard JDE process and executed R41413 . The cycle count status changed to 50 - complete . The report output has no Erros detected but no PI entry was created in Cardex/GL . Pls advise any root cause ? Can we bring back the cycle count status to Approved state and re run the report as user wants to update this cycle count?
