Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Why it's asking Identity Verification with Subscription Id and account name? Please help.

I have the approved support identifier with create/update for SR access. To create SR whenever I click on 'Switch to My Oracle Cloud Support' link it takes me to an Identity Verification page for Subscription ID and Account name. Where do I get those two details?

It should automatically take me to the next page without asking me those details. Isn't it?
