Can you give read-only specific view to a helpdesk team

Hello, I'm trying to investigate if there is a way to create a read-only view of the performance page of certain databases for our helpdesk team. In theory, it's one of the things they could look at and if it showed as being "bad" they could then know to direct problems to the DBA. But I'm not finding much on how to accomplish this or if it can even be done. Thanks for anyplace you can direct me to to let me know and find out.
