Calif Pay Data Reporting and new Ethnic group

For pay data reporting, California has adopted the U.S. Office of Management and Budget race/ethnicity data standards for minimum reporting categories, terminology, and definitions.

"Following the publication of the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) revisions to Statistical Policy Directive No. 15 on race and ethnicity data standards, Middle Eastern or North African (MENA) has been added as a new race/ethnicity category to California’s pay data reporting."

Will this be addressed in time for 2024 Calif. Pay Data Reporting?
