E1 HCM - Has Anyone been able to create the OFCCP CC-257 Report?

Curious if anyone has been able to produce the U.S. Department of Labor Monthly Emloyment Utilization Report (CC-257 Report)? Since this is a regulatory report, I'm surprised that Oracle hasn't made this a standard UBE.
