P44200 Financial Status not displaying correctly after release 24 upgrade?

If we have a contract (OS) originally set up on company 110 and before payments start, the funding changes to be on a business unit from company 230. When we try to go to the financial status (P44200) on the contract it doesn't display anything. The company in the Order Header stays defaulting to the original company, but the financial status wants to inquire on the new business unit company.

If I take the row exit from this screen to financial status, it is blank:

If I row exit to Header Revisions (P4310) this is what originally displays:

If I change the business unit field to be one assigned to the default company, then form exit from header revisions to financial status (P44200) it will display as expected.
