Contract not found in the Service Request window

in Teleservice - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered ✓

Hi All,

My process is as follows:

  • Create Item Instance with customer A and item B
  • A contract automatically generated from Item Instance
  • Create Service Request, enter customer A and Instance Name

But when I press the button Get Contract, an error message pops up: "No valid contracts found."

Please help me know reason.
