Report Manager>Financial Report Template Editor- we are unable to create the template.

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

We are unable to create the template using the Excel template editor. On clicking Create button, we are getting confirmation message -"your document has been created"…but not getting it anywhere- not on screen in excel/ not in downloads.

We are using 12.1.3 EBS version for Oracle ERP.

Can someone help on this?
