How to change timezone for Job System Console on OEM13c?

Hi,

When i schedule the jobs over the oms, it shows me UTC (behind 4 hours from our timezone).

I changed How to change the Time Zone (TZ) Which Appears In the EM Console's 'Last Refreshed' timestamp (Doc ID 2383109.1) but it doesn't effect. How do i change timezone for Job System Console on OEM13c?
