Error message should display when an Asset added with the In Service Date falling in future period.

Hi Team,

I wanted to bring up a requirement we have regarding the Fixed Assets module.

We need to ensure that when a user enters the In Service Date for a new asset in a future period, the system should display an error or warning message indicating that the date entered is in a future period.

Currently when a future period date is entered, the system allows to save the asset line and parks it in ‘Ready to Post’ section to post automatically when the relevant period is opened. The requirement is to show an error message when the user tries to save the asset details with the date placed in service in a future period.
