Configurable Search UI Tile receives Error when selected

At Dartmouth Health Hitchcock, we are on HCM PT 8.61.03 and App Release 9.02.00. One of our users has intermittent errors when selecting the tile "Configurable Search UI" and "Manage Job". A while back, I found a MyOracleSupport article fix to the "Manage Job" issue by awarding her a certain role. The error went away for a while. Now, it's back on the CSU tile. It's happened a few more times on the "Manage Job" tile, but only a few.

Does anyone have experience with this?
