I'm trying to understand how the 'Talent Community Job Family' filter functions on the Candidate Pool page in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

For instance, does it narrow down candidate pools based on their job family, or does it have other implications?

I would like to understand what happens in the backend when we use the 'Talent Community Job Family' filter on the Candidate Pool page in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

How is the filter criteria applied to the candidate pool data stored in the database?
Any insights, documentation, or examples on these backend processes would be greatly appreciated.
