qemu update - where do I find it

Apply patch Upgrade qemu, SOL_ADDL_INFO. Do the following: Update qemu using yum or up2date. Please note that customers with support can use the Unbreakable Linux Network (ULN) , and customers without support can use the publicly available Oracle Linux yum repositories (For more info visit ). This will fix (oracle_linux-cve-2019-14378)
