Redistribute Scan Voucher error pop up - Transaction cannot be Committed. It was Canceled. Status-90

Can you please help to identify what causing error in Purchase order receipt.
User had selected some Purchase order receipt line while doing Redistribution process.
But the scanning application just popped above error and Scan id Status moved to -90 (completed).
But there is no effect on P0411- Voucher and not in F0911. we can only see status as Logged Voucher.
