Set up new Information icon in Campus Solutions

Is it possible to set up an Information Icon in Campus Solutions like that in HCM>Gender Identity tile>Gender Details?

We are wanting to include the same Information icons for the fields Pronoun, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity in CS that we will post in HCM.

From what I can see so far, I am thinking I can set this up on the Maintain Text Catalog page, but haven't been successful in the set up so far. (Set Up Common Objects>Common Definitions>Text Catalog and Notepad>Maintain Text Catalog). If this is possible, can you provide steps on how to do this?
