Integration to SailPoint for On-Prem HFM (EPM Suite) Identity Management?

Our company is considering going to SailPoint for Identity Management, and we've been asked if we can integrate with our On-Premise HFM, so that HFM security can be managed within SailPoint. Does anyone have experience with this? We are On-Prem HFM v11.2.15. Thanks!
