Primavera P6 EPPM Patch 24.12.1 - Fails

Windows 2019 server with EPPM 24.12 installed, attempted to apply patch 24.12.1 and it fails with 'At least one server has failed/unreachable after patching'. Upon further review the Team Member server has shut down even though we confirmed it was running prior to running the patch. Has anyone encountered this issue or had a successful patch update to 24.12.1?
