EBS R12 re-login failed after time-out

Hi,

We have encountered the issue while using Chrome browser with Oracle EBS version 12.2.7.When using Java Web Start (JWS), some users experience continuous time-out messages even after re-login attempts. The issue persists until users completely restart the EBS application.
