Need to create Sale order from Quote with Pricing Rules

Dear Team ,

I have a Business Requirement to Generate Sale from Quote , the Item price on Sale order should be 80 percent of Quote Price . Please advice the method to achieve this . Is it possible to apply Advanced pricing rules on Sale order generated from Quote ? Can we link Quote Price and generated So price through formula ?

Also another query , Can i add additional item lines on the generated Sale order from Quote?

Please advise .
