Xstore mobile server was dead unexpectedly

Hi,

The client is using Xstore v21.0.3.45 in Windows 10 Enterprise and has deployed Xstore mobile. However, it occurred sometimes that the mobile server was dead expectedly.

When the mobile server was dead, the anchor and pid files were still in xstore-mobile/tmp, and no error appeared the xstore.log, but the server was offline in the mobile application. After manually restarting the mobile server, the connection could be established again.

We've checked Windows application log, but nothing is noticeable. Please share any hints or steps for troubleshooting.
