Oracle DB patch Error with ORA-64610: bad depth indicator

Hi,

Applying solution described in

datapatch fails with Error :ORA-00904: "PATCH_DIRECTORY"' & 'ORA-00904: "INSTALL_ID" and DBMS_SQLPATCH INVALID (Doc ID 2287561.1)

but getting

SQL> drop table registry$sqlpatch;
drop table registry$sqlpatch
*
ERREUR Ó la ligne 1 :
ORA-00604: une erreur s'est produite au niveau SQL rÚcursif 1
ORA-64610: indicateur de profondeur incorrecte
ORA-06512: Ó "WMSYS.LTADM", ligne 10043
ORA-06512: Ó ligne 17
