Asset interface ID was reversed to move from PC to AM, ANDPREPT failed, how does this get fixed?

SCM 9.2.

Rejection of AMDPREFT:

Asset ID VPAPD_TRL002. 

The insert below is attempting to insert 2 rows for Accounting Periods 2025 periods 7 – 12.

Each Accounting Period has a trans date of 7/1/2024 and 11/30/2024.

User creation steps:

In December (while we were closing out November) a user was attempting to bring this over from Project costing into asset management, and it got hung up. User did a reversal of the interface through the project costing module to try to get it back to its original status so that it could be capitalized. The transaction for 01/31/2025 is my attempt to capitalize it again.

Has anyone encountered similar, not sure how to fix the issue to run the AMDPREFT successfully.
