Running Orchestration gives error No subscription error.

When running Orchestration that has notification tied to it gives error No Subscription added to the notification.

Notification was created and subscription was added, objects were shared and security created for the users/roles.

Also, after checking in the object and sharing get the below error when look at the subscription within the login environment. Note: - If the object is not checked in it works fine only issue happening when it is checked in and being shared.
