All Conc progs failing (completed/Error)

Hello All,

We're getting below error for all the conc req's and they all are completing with error.

"No log file exists for request (XXXXXXX), the concurrent manager may have encountered an error while attempting to create this file."

pls note that there's no space issue on the server and library files for rwrun are in place.

There is no file log file or out file created on the server.

Kindly please help.
