Engine upgrade failure?

VERSION: 5.15.0-303.171.5.2.1.el8uek.x86_64

PRODUCT: OVIRT specifically Ovirt Engine

Has anyone else run into this error? There is an exclude statement in yum.conf that we did not add, so it seems to have been put there by the previous upgrade process. Also if we comment out the exclude statement, the errors get much deeper.

EXCLUDE STATEMENT:

exclude=slf4j-1.7.32*
