ePro 9.2 Direct Connect request message needs an email address

I am reviewing the message definition PV_DC_CONNECT_REQST.VERSION_1. I see it includes PV_DC_SHIPTO.EMAIL_ADDR. However, I am not seeing neither the ship to nor location code setup that would allow an email address to be setup. Where is the data for the email address being pulled for the request message?
