Regarding French Language pack installation- failed to get location of table F98306 for JDEPLAN

Hello Team,

Spec merge is getting failed with status 50 while installing the French Language pack. it shows below message in the JDE log.

3360/2932 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Mon Feb 10 21:41:22.686000 jdb_omp1.c1042
JDB9900245 - Failed to find F98611 in cache
