Hi Team,

Please help to post this question in the right forum with LATAM Localization. Understand from this note that still there are no guidelines for implementation yet (E-Business Suite Release 12: Brazil Tax Reform, Jan-2026 (Doc ID 2997368.1).

Also saw this note : R12 LAD Add-on Localizations - Installation and Maintenance Notes (Doc ID 1917773.1). The note mentions a patchset for R12.CLL.E.5

Please let us know if there are any more steps to be performed as prerequisite for the Brazilian Entity while we wait for the further guidelines. Please let us know if there is any specific need for the client to perform upgrade first if the client is on version below 12.2.3?
