Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. WebCenter Capture throwing 404-Not found after Jan 2025 SPB patch application

We have Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4 with the Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.

We have WebCenter Enterprise Capture, UCM and WCC-UI components.

After applying the SPB (Stack Patch Bundle) patch from the CPU Jan 2025, our Capture component is throwing this error:

Error 404--Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1

This is before we applied any patch directly related to WebCenter Content like WCC or OIT patches. The SPB does not have any related notes or documents that address or mention this behavior.

Looking for a resolution around it to move forward.
