OPC History and Current in Same Report...

Using Current OPC, What I am looking for is a way to report on and thus track/trace the end date of certain Key Activities in one single report. When you run a report from History you can Find the Finish Date of any activity at any point in time. What I want to do is run the Report once and show finish date of an activity at Data Date or current date, then at data date - 7 days, data date -14 days, -21 days, - 28 days. So I end up with:

Activity Description Finish Finish-7 Finish -14 Finish -21 Finish -28
