Assistance Required for Accessing My Oracle Support (SRs Portal)
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue accessing the My Oracle Support (MOS) portal. I can successfully log into the old support portal, but when I click on "Switch to My Oracle Support", I am prompted to sign in with my Oracle account.
Upon signing in, I am redirected to a page titled "Identity Verification", which requests me to enter a Subscription ID and Account Name. However, I am unsure where to find this information.
Could you please guide me on how to retrieve my Subscription ID and Account Name so that I can complete the verification process and access the support portal?
