JDE Scheduler time doesn't match with WSJ time.

Hi,

We are using XXX user id is being used to trigger a job from scheduler server to another batch server. Scheduler server is in UTC+10:30 and other batch server where job is getting submitted in UTC+1. DST - Austraila1 is defined in P0092 for XXX user. If a job's scheduled start time is 1:20 in scheduler, its showing 00:20 in WSJ. Why is scheduler showing 1 hr earlier then WSJ's time?

I have checked below DOC also. its showing UTC +10:30 in both tables in Server Map of these batch server.
