Work Order completion WF does not trigger approval process in R12.2.9

Hi Experts,

We set AME approval using WO Completion transaction type but while completing the WO, it gets completed without triggering any WF. Do we need to enable any option in the eam parameters ?

We are on 12.2.9 version. Any document on how to set up WO completion approval process?
