Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

I have a question.

In a distribution list, we have a threshold at 250$ and one at 500$.

If we do a requisition for 700, it is first the 250$ approver that receive the approval request and the 500$ approver is in a waiting status.

Is it the way it is supposed to work? A 700$ requisition will not go directly to the 500$ Approver?
