Is it a possibility in the iExpense system to limit the # of expense lines to say 25 lines per iExpe

Oracle eBS version 12.2.13

We are trying to curtail the number of entries users can enter for an expense claim. Currently there are on limits of entries and we would like to stop the claim entries to 25 max.

Please advise if this is possible
