How to default a SQL based value which refers another column in Webadi layout

Hi,

My requirement is that when a value is entered in the column1, the column2 should default the value based on a SQL query that has column1 as parameter.

I did not find any document that support that SQL query used for defaulting values can be based in a value entered in another column.

Please advise if this feature is currently implemented.
