Does anyone have a process or ideas how to enter YTD, MTD, QTD information?

We are bringing a new company into our PeopleSoft and need to enter their current YTD, MTD, QTD information into the balance tables. Has anyone created a process to complete this or anyone have any suggestions on how we can accomplish this short of manually keying the information for 700+ employees?
