Unable to find Close RFQ option after all supplier response before RFQ close date

Oracle EBS Application

Oracle Applications : 12.2.11

We created RFQ and Published

Then login as supplier provided response

Now we would like to score the requirement based Scoring team added to the requirement.

RFQ closed date has not reach. we need to close before RFQ date and start the Scoring process.

But unable to find the close Button checking from the owner of RFQ having full access
