Which functions or modules will use the FND_LOBS table

Dear Guys,

Due to the need to purge FND_LOBS, we are currently investigating which functions or modules have used this FND_LOBS to store attachments.
I know PR and PO will use FND_LOBS. Are there any other functions or modules that use FND_LOBS?
